Ame de Verre is a high end boutique for luxury home accessories,located at Emporio, Vasant Kunj. Owned by Meenakshi Salve, this store has introduced the famous Baldi line of products in India.

It also has Meenakshi's exclusive creations in stained glass wondows and doors, lampshades and other home accessories. What I really like about her work is the effective use of colour and texture. Also, we share a love for lamps and mirrors

Meenakshi Salve, designer and owner, Ame De Verre, a luxury boutique of art decoratives, feels that a leading global trend in the spring-summer collection has been the use of patterns inspired from nature. “Every colour has unique properties on the basis of which it can be classified into warm, cool or a neutral category. Whether it is in the form of a window, a door, a centre table piece or a lamp the correct usage of colour and patterns can create a cooling effect.”

Though the style is mostly Tiffany, Meenakshi has also introduced many Indian motifs in her designs. Her stained glass panels for doors have been quite the rage in many upscale homes.
